Fit & Tips

We Fit Shoes. Better.
We analyze each persons gait by watching them walk or run.
We look for their specific type of foot. We look at the movement of arches, bone structure including bunions, previous or current injuries, and width and size.
Most people wear their running shoes too small. There should be a thumb width of room in the front of the shoe to allow for a little swelling room.
We ask questions to see what kind of activities you are doing, the intensity, and if any problems are occurring.
We make sure you are wearing the right type of sock and whether you prefer thick or thin.
Only after we finish our free foot evaluation do we will bring out shoes that fit your foot.

Bra Fitting is the difference.
We measure everyone because everyone needs to be measured.
Most people do not realize that they need to be changing out their sports bras as often as their shoes.
